The role of the relay in a car horn system is to protect the horn circuit and the horn button from the impact of instant current. By separating the original car horn wire from the horn directly and only controlling the relay, the electrical appliances can be closed, thus safeguarding the horn circuit.

Constructed with superior quality chrome-plated aluminum and best ABS shell, it is shockproof and durable. Equipped with a new generation of air pump motor, the voltage is more stable, ensuring durability and the ability to work in various temperature environments.

To repair a malfunctioning car horn, follow these steps:

1. Check the horn's honking. If it is not clear, low, and weak, the issue is likely poor contact.
2. Repeatedly press the horn switch. If the horn sometimes beeps and sometimes does not, the contact inside the switch is probably not good.
3. Turn the steering wheel left and right. If there is a large "hissing" friction sound, spray some grease onto the relevant contact parts.
4. If the horn does not beep at all, the fuse may have burned out, or there could be an issue with the horn's power cord. Inspect the power cord and its connections.

According to the car air horn testing standard, our products can reach over 110 dB at a distance of 2 meters from the front of the horn.
